1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the kNOWTrade service operated by Hamza Kurt, a self-employed operator based in Québec, Canada, contactable at 475, rue Notre-Dame, Victoriaville (Québec) G6B 4B3, Canada. By accessing the service, you accept these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
kNOWTrade is an educational trading platform. kNOWTrade provides no investment advice, is registered neither as a dealer nor as an adviser with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) of Québec, is not a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), and carries on no activity governed by the Securities Act or the Derivatives Act.
3. Account
Access to paid features requires creating an account. You warrant the accuracy of the information provided and undertake to keep your credentials confidential. Sign‑in is performed via magic link sent to your email address.
4. Subscription and payment
kNOWTrade offers three plans: Free, Pro (monthly or annual), and Lifetime. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your country’s currency (CAD, EUR or USD); applicable taxes (GST/HST and QST, or the equivalent for your place of residence) are calculated at checkout. Pro is a successive-performance contract, cancellable at any time from your account in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Lifetime is covered by a 14‑day money‑back guarantee from purchase.
5. Intellectual property
All educational content, graphics, logos, marks and text on kNOWTrade are the exclusive property of Hamza Kurt or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Personal information
Processing of your personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Under Québec’s Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA, you have rights of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, and portability. To exercise these rights: privacy@nknowtrade.com.
7. Liability
kNOWTrade makes its best efforts to ensure service availability but cannot be held liable for outages, data loss, or trading decisions made by the user. See also our Risk disclosure.
8. Termination
kNOWTrade may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful use.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will first be submitted to mediation, then to the competent courts of the operator’s judicial district.
